Checking off a bucket list theatre while in Amsterdam. The incredible 1921 Royal Theatre Tuschinski is an amazing blend of Art Deco, Art Nouveau and Gothic styles and was restored in 2001-2002, which has 784 seats (down from the original 2,000). Absolutely stunning and in my top 5 theatres in the world. Thanks to the staff for letting me in between screenings to shoot a few photos. One more from Milwaukee! The 1928 Riverside theatre started at 2,558 seats and still had most of them. It was a load in day for a show when we visited so not as many photos, but it’s a grand space. Hoping to return for a show next time. #milwaukee #historictheatre
