Partnering with Pima County on the complete rehabilitation of this iconic performing arts space, returning it to use for music, film and community cultural events. Tucson’s oldest performing arts space, originally built as a home in the 1880s, it was a live theatre and film venue from 1915 – 1921 and then an auto repair shop, seafood import business, an African-American Social Club and storage space until 2021.
